A: We're based in the US. We're proud to call Tampa, Florida our home for skateboarding. We hope to see you out there!
Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: At Doozy, we believe that our customers shouldn't have to worry about hidden costs, so we offer free shipping on all orders.
Q: Is shipping free?
A: Yes, shipping is always free.
Q: What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
A: The delivery times vary depending on the product. For our handcrafted skateboard decks, because they are made custom for each order, shipping can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks. The wait is due to our commitment to quality and to giving you a product that is truly unique.
For our apparel and accessories, the estimated delivery time is 1 week, but it can take up to 3 weeks during busy periods.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We stand behind the quality of our products. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of the purchase date.
Q: Who designs your products?
A: Our designs are handcrafted by a team of real artists, led by our co-founder and art director Donna. We believe in the authenticity of our products, and we think this makes our designs truly unique and distinctive.
Q: Are your skateboard decks ready-made?
A: No, our skateboard decks are not ready-made. Each deck is made to order to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order until it reaches you.
Q: Can I order custom boards?
A: We offer custom, hand-painted decks made by the artist and co-founder. Please fill out a request form for these special orders.
